Salmon with oyster sauce
Ingredients
1,5 lb salmon
8 slices of bacon
3/4 lb mushrooms
3 garlic cloves
3 green onions
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoons butter
Preparation

Cut the salmon in 4 pieces and wrap each one with a slice of bacon. Place the salmon into a broiler proof tray and broil it for 15-20 minute, depending of thickness.2
Chop the remaining 4 slices of bacon in half inch strips. Cook the bacon. Poor off any excess fat, except for one tablespoon. In a different pot boil 1/2 cup of water.3
Chop the mushrooms and the white part from onions and crush the garlic. Add them and cook it until softened. Add some water if need it.4
Chop the green part for the onions in one inch pieces.5
Add oyster sauce mix with boiled water. If it looks too wet, keep boiling! 6
Turn heat way down (low) and stir in the parsley and green onion for one minute. Add the butter until it has melted into the sauce.7
