Jam and cream cheese bars
1 cup flour
110 g cold margarine
1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup raspberry jam
4 ounces cream cheese
6 Tbsp milk
6 ounces chocolate (4 ounces white and 2 ounces milk chocolate)
1Beat together first three ingredients, into a bowl until crumbly.
2Preheat the oven at 350°F. Press the crumble mixture into a pan and bake for 15 minute or until is golden-brown.
3Spread jam over warm curst. In a small sauce pan heat the cream cheese and milk. Add melted chocolate and stir until combine. Spread over jam layer. Shred the remaining chocolate or melt it and spread it on top. Set aside for 5 minute and cut into bars.
