Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup butter

2 2/3 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

In 1 qt bowl mix butter, sugar, vanilla and egg for couple of minutes. Add the flour and salt, mix until incorporate. Put the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven at 325°F. Use a non stick cookie sheet. Leave more than an inch between the cookies. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
